What is a long-term discount?

These discounts are available to you as the debit or credit card holder in the long term and can be used at any time of the year. You can choose from all partners participating in our program. You will get the discount immediately when paying for the purchase at the point of sale. To apply it, you just need to have a payment card from Raiffeisenbank or Equa bank with you.

How to apply a long-term discount

In stores

Before paying, notify the staff that you want to apply the discount.
Present any Raiffeisenbank or Equa bank payment card (physically or in a mobile wallet).

In e-shops

Generate a discount code in the detail of the selected offer.
Enter the discount code in the appropriate field in the e-shop shopping cart.
Pay for your purchase with your Raiffeisenbank or Equa bank card.

How do I apply a long-term discount in the e-shop?

You get a discount on your purchase in an e-shop after entering a discount code in the shopping cart. You can simply generate the discount code in the detail of the selected offer. To be able to generate the code, you need to log in with your client number chosen when you opened your account and used to log into your banking. After logging in successfully, click "View discount code" and save or copy the generated code. If you do not know your login details, call our info line at 412 440 000.

How do I redeem a time-limited discount coupon?

Choose one of the limited-time offers and then log in with your client number on the selected page. The client number is the number you chose when you opened your account and the number you use to log in to banking. After logging in, click "Download coupon" and save or print the generated coupon. Show the coupon (in electronic or printed form) in the traditional store or enter the coupon code in the shopping cart of the e-shop. If you do not know your login details, call our info line at 412 440 000.

Where can I find an overview of downloaded discount codes and coupons?

What should I do if the partner has refused to give me the discount?

We regularly communicate with the program partners and verify the validity of benefits, so these situations should not occur in practice. However, if there is any issue with the application of the discount, send us the receipt from the retailer to rbclub@rb.cz or call our info line at 412 440 000. We will investigate the situation. If any misconduct is confirmed, the partner will compensate you for the lost discount.
